Thus far my experience in establishing contacts continues to be a work in progress. I have been emailing organizations, rather this connection has not emerged yet. I plan on contacting several Universities to establish partnerships and consulitng with co-workers that are within the early childhood field. If I am unsuccessful with this attempt I will use the alternative route to establish professional contacts. I am eager to learn more about children in other countires to learn more about ways to better serve families. Certainly the websites will allow for more information to help connect some of these important concepts together.

I have also had a difficult time trying to establish any contacts with professionals internationally. I was pretty bummed because I was really looking forward to contacting someone and getting to know what early childhood programs are like in other parts of the world. It would be interesting to hear about other professionals insights and have a glimpse into what they do in another part of the world. I do agree he websites will be very beneficial however and at least provide some helpful information.
